In a shoe market where some are facing difficulties (such as San Marina), Besson Chaussures continues to develop its network. The shoe brand, which celebrates its 40th anniversary this year, has announced five new openings in France and in Spain.
The first two units are being opened in the urban area of Madrid. The first of these, a 793sq m outlet was inaugurated on 20 October in the Parque Corredor shopping centre, in Torrejon de Ardoz. The four other openings announced concern the tricolor market, and in particular small and medium-sized towns. After arriving in Nice, Calais or Carcassonne in 2022, the chain will land in Châlons-en-Champagne (Zac de Voitrelle) on 2 November, in Les Sables d’Olonne (Zac Leclerc) on 4 November, in Persan on 9 November (retail park Parenthèses) and in Villefranche-sur-Saône on 23 November.
They will be spread over are sales areas ranging between 820 and 1,140sq m where the company can deploy its breadth of offer covering women, men and children, mixing own brands and third-party labels such as Asics, Crocs, Dockers and Geox.
